A CUMBRIAN pub has been given a new food hygiene rating.
The Greyhound Inn at Bothel, Wigton, has been given a hygiene rating of 4 in its latest inspection on September 25.
The hygienic handling of food including preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling, and storage was found to be Good.
The cleanliness and condition of the facilities and building were found to be Generally Satisfactory.
The management of food safety including the systems or checks in place to ensure that food sold or served is safe to eat, evidence that staff know about food safety, and the food safety officer has confidence that standards will be maintained in the future was found to be Good.
