A CUMBRIAN takeaway has been handed a new food hygiene rating.
Pedros in Maryport has been given a rating of 3 when it was rated in its latest inspection on September 25.
The hygienic handling of food including preparation, cooking, re-heating, cooling, and storage was found to be Generally Satisfactory.
The cleanliness and condition of the facilities and building (including having appropriate layout, ventilation, hand washing facilities, and pest control) to enable good food hygiene were Generally Satisfactory.
The management of food safety was also found to be Generally Satisfactory.
