NORTH Cumbria Integrated Care (NCIC) is offering journaling courses for people affected by cancer.
NCIC will be offering these sessions with the help of Cumberland Council.
The sessions aim to improve the wellbeing of those who attend and support them into a better headspace.
In a post on social media, NCIC wrote: "If you've been impacted by cancer, you can book a place on our six-week creative journaling course
"These sessions will be hosted weekly, beginning on Thursday, November 7, in collaboration with Cumberland Council, to improve wellbeing, self-awareness, and self-esteem.
"Gain a fresh perspective following a range of guided journaling activities that will help you reflect on your experience. All materials will be provided."
The sessions will take place each Thursday from 1.30pm to 4pm, in Whitehaven.
For more information or to book your place, contact Steph and Tori at Macmillan Information and Support Service, North Cumbria on 01228 514283 or via email: cancerinformation@ncic.nhs.uk
