CUMBRIA Police have been dealing with speeding in the Eden area.
Residents in Calthwaite village and Beacon Edge had raised concerns about speeding drivers in the area.
In a post on social media, Cumbria Police wrote: "Following concerns of speeding in Calthwaite village and on Beacon Edge, we have deployed our Speed Indication Devices (SID) in both locations.
"Our SIDs provide a visual deterrent and remind motorists to slow down.
"They also provide us with data which allows us and partner agencies to better understand the issue."
