A large expanse of land in the Lake District has been advertised for sale on Rightmove.

Three plots of land, located at Ayside in Grange-Over-Sands, have recently joined the market.

It is brought to the market by Richard Turner & Son Estate Agents and is looking for offers in excess of £100,000.

The land lies to the north of Newton Bypass (A590) and provides road access off the public highway.

The first piece of grassland is 24.7 acres in size, and with the land valued at £3000 per acre, costs £75,000.

Lot two is valued at £6000 per acre and stretches 3.6 acres, bring its price to £24,000.

The third and final plot is also the smallest, measuring 3.1 acres and valued at £6000 per acre to give a total cost of £19,000.

The tender closing date is Wednesday December 4, when offers in writing are requested by midday to the offices of the selling agents.
