The land is said to offer ‘good prospects’ for farmers,It is brought to the market by Richard Turner & Son Estate Agents and is looking for offers in excess of £100,000.
The pastureland covers a total area of 31.26 acres and boasts a natural spring water supply.
The land lies to the north of Newton Bypass (A590) and provides road access off the public highway.
The farmland is being sold in three separate lots. The first piece of grassland is 24.7 acres in size, and with the land valued at £3000 per acre, costs £75,000.
Lot two is valued at £6000 per acre and stretches 3.6 acres, bring its price to £24,000.
The third and final plot is also the smallest, measuring 3.1 acres and valued at £6000 per acre to give a total cost of £19,000.
The listing said: “There are no public footpaths that cross the land and there are currently no services to the land although there is a natural spring water supply.”
The tender closing date is Wednesday December 4, when offers in writing are requested by midday to the offices of the selling agents.
