CUMBRIA Police have seized a large quantity of fireworks from a West Cumbrian property.
Police officers worked alongside the county council during the investigation.
The fireworks were seized at a property in the centre of Whitehaven.
In a post on social media, Cumbria Police wrote: "Cumbria Constabulary, working to support Cumberland Council, have attended a Whitehaven Town Centre property this afternoon where a large quantity of fireworks have been seized following a Trading Standards investigation. Also in attendance were Cumbria Fire and Rescue Service."
