A MAN was arrested in relation to a shoplifting incident in West Cumbria.
The arrest was made in the Copeland area, following reports of an earlier shoplifting incident.
The man matched the description of the person involved in the earlier incident.
In a social media post, Cumbria Police wrote: "Another busy afternoon in Copeland NPT. The shoplifter was arrested and dealt with by PC 3157 and PC 2503 after PC 3157 located a male matching the exact description of an earlier shoplifting incident. Male detained for a search under section one PACE, and all stolen items recovered."
