Workington Reds have drafted in a new defender who was on the books of both Manchester United and Manchester City as a junior.
Centre-back Theo Marcel Farquharson has linked up with Mark Fell's squad in the Northern Premier League Premier Division.
He is the second new signing confirmed by the Borough Park club this week, after Matty Clarke's return.
Reds hope to involve Farquharson in their squad for Saturday's trip to Gainsborough Trinity should the relevant paperwork be completed.

The 21-year-old has most recently been with Warrington Town.
As a schoolboy he spent four years on Manchester United's books before a further three with Man City, and then a three-year spell at Burnley.
He was then in the youth teams of both Oldham Athletic and Stockport County before a series of non-league moves with Bromsgrove, FC United of Manchester, Ossett United and Portuguese outfit Sporting Clube de Espinho.
He joined Warrington in September and has also had a recent spell with City of Liverpool.
Speaking via the Reds website, Farquaharson said: "[I'm really excited to be joining the club, I am already enjoying my football here.
"There is a great feeling of togetherness and drive from the management, staff and players.
"Everyone has made me feel welcome and it’s definitely an environment which will be beneficial for my progression and performance.
"Can’t wait get some more games under my belt and build on my performances each week with the club."
Farquaharson joins a Reds side sitting 14th in NPL Premier after last weekend's victory over Worksop Town.
