A CAROL service will be taking place at Carlisle Cathedral this winter.
The Carols by Candlelight Concert will take place on December 19 and December 20, at 7.30pm.
Tickets are £8 to £15 with mulled wine and mince pies served in the interval.
The Cathedral Café and Bar will be open until 7.30pm for snacks, cakes, wines, beers, and hot drinks.
In a post on social media, Carlisle Cathedral wrote: "Every Christmas our choirs join forces for the annual Christmas Concert; this year our boy and girl choristers, consort and lay clerks will be singing Carols by Candlelight - the perfect pre-Christmas musical treat, including favourite carols both classic and modern in a magnificent setting."
