POLICE are appealing for sightings of a missing man from Carlisle- who was last seen in the city almost a week ago.
Dennis Armstrong, aged 54, was last seen in the Currock area on the afternoon of Tuesday, November 12.
A spokesman for Cumbria police said: "Mr Armstrong is described as being 6ft, slim build and has short grey hair. He is believed to be wearing a navy blue parka-type jacket, blue jeans, beige-coloured Nike trainers and a grey woolly hat. It is also believed that he has a red hiking bag."
If anyone sees Mr Armstrong or knows where he might be, they are asked to contact police on 101.
