A PUBLIC toilet block is 'out of action' due to 'serious damage' sustained in a fire.
Cumberland Council said the toilets at Milburn Court, Brampton, were damaged last week and will be out of action for 'a period of time'.
The re-opening date of the toilets is not yet clear.

The council has reported the incident to Cumbria Police.
A Cumberland Council spokesman said: "Unfortunately our public toilets in Milburn Court, Brampton will be out of action for a period of time due to serious damage sustained in a fire which took place towards the end of last week. It is unclear at this stage how long the toilets will be closed for."The incident has been reported to Cumbria Police and we'd also like to thank Cumbria Fire & Rescue Service for their response to the incident."
