A school is opening its car park to provide extra spaces this weekend as thousands of visitors are expected to visit the area for one of the biggest festivals of the year.
Sandside Lodge School in Ulverston will be offering space for people to park their cars during the Dickensian Festival.
The school car park, on Springfield Road, will be open to the public on Saturday November 23 and Sunday November 24.
Throughout the celebrations, which will see numerous stalls pop up in the town centre, as well as a parade through the streets, the gates to the car park will be open.
They are charging £5 per car for the whole day of parking and have a card machine available.
