Police are concerned for the welfare of a missing 21-year-old from Carlisle.
Kelsey Blaylock is from Carlisle and has not been seen since 5pm on Monday (18 Nov).
She may be in the City West area of Carlisle. Kelsey is white, around 5ft 5ins tall, with long light-brown hair.
Officers are concerned for her welfare and are encouraging her or anyone with information on her whereabouts to contact police.
