Bookends Carlisle is looking for more local artists to decorate its window, after a successful first year of designs.
On Facebook, the popular local bookshop said: "After a successful year of incredibly beautiful and creative displays, we're now looking for 2025 artists to decorate our window Thank you to everyone who blew us away this year with their unique designs- you're all amazing!
"If you would like to participate and have your artistic skills showcased next year, please submit your details and any ideas to bookscumbria@aol.com."
The bookshop's themes for 2025 will change each month, and include new reading year in January, words by the water in February, Spring flowers in March, Easter in April, graphic novels in May, independent bookshops in June, walking and the wainwrights in July, children's books in August, LGBTQ+ pride in September, Halloween in October, and Christmas in November.
Supplies will be provided to artists as well as a £50 voucher to spend in store.
