Part of a road will close for up to four days while road works are carried out.

It will affect a section of the C3014 Johnby, near Penrith, from its junction with the C1036 extending northwesterly for about 3.6km.

The partial closure is scheduled to come into effect on November 25 and finish on November 28.

An alternative route is via the unrestricted section of the C3014, C3033, C3035, C3032, C3034 and the C1036.

A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times

Access for emergency vehicles will be maintained where required for the duration of these works.
