POLICE are investigating reports of a man on a bicycle damaging a car with a hammer.
The criminal damage report is said to have occurred on Newlaithes Avenue, Carlisle, on November 12 at around 7.30pm.
The cyclist was said to be wearing dark clothing.
A spokesperson from Cumbria Police said: "Anyone with information relating to this incident can report it online www.cumbria.police.uk/report-it quoting CP-20241112-0206 or ring 101. Alternatively you can contact Crimestoppers, anonymously, on 0800 555 111."
