TRAIN services in parts of Cumbria have been cancelled today.
Major train routes across North and South Cumbria are not running today.
In a post on social media, Northern Rail said: "Do not travel, severe weather warnings on the following routes.

"Train services between Barrow-In-Furness and Carlisle will be cancelled, delayed or revised.
"Train services are unable to run between Carlisle and Whitehaven in both directions.
"Train services between Lancaster and Barrow-In-Furness will be cancelled."
