Passed away peacefully on Monday 18th November at the Cumberland Infirmary in the presence of her family, Jean aged 88 years. Beloved wife of the late Walter Stewart. Dearly loved mam of Stephen and David and dear mother-in-law of Anne and Denise. A cherished nana of Stewart, Angela and Catherine and nana Jean of James, Faith and Olivia. Also a great-great nana of Louie.

Jean will be deeply missed by all of her family and friends.

Peacefully at The Laurels Care Home on Friday 15th November 2024. Sheila aged 96 years. Wife of the late Geof, mam and granny.

William John (Billy) BELL

Joiner of Oughterby Suddenly on Saturday 16th November 2024, Billy aged 73 years. Dear companion of Sue, beloved brother of David, brother-in-law of Anne, Billy was much loved by Richard, Stephanie, Martin, Andrew, Evie, George, Harriet, Tyler and Kimberley.

He will be sadly missed by all those who knew him.

Passed away peacefully with her family around her at the West Cumberland Hospital, Whitehaven. Loving wife, mother and nan.

She will be sadly missed by all.

The funeral service will take place at St Joseph’s Catholic Church, Cockermouth, on Thursday 28th November at 12.15pm followed by cremation at Distington Hall Crematorium at 1.15pm. Paul and Lesley would like to thank all relatives, friends and neighbours for their kind words of comfort, flowers, cards and generous donations received following their sad loss.

Peacefully at Riverside Court care home Maryport on Friday 15th November 2024, Jean aged 97 years. Much loved wife of the late John Joseph, adored mum of David and Norman, mother-in-law of Christine. Henry (Harry) CLASPER

Peacefully at Eden Valley Hospice surrounded by his family on Friday 15th November 2024. Harry aged 94 years beloved husband of the late Ivy, much loved dad of Carol and Linda and sadly missed by all his family and friends.

Darren ROTHERHAM

Peacefully at home on Monday 11th November surrounded by his loving family, Darren aged 55. A much-loved son of Cath and the late Oswald, a cherished step son of Jimmy, a loving dad to Dale, Craig, Nicholas, Daniel and Arron, brother to Lee and the late Tony and a much-loved grandad.

A service to celebrate Darren's life will be held at St. Margaret Mary's Church Upperby at 10.00am on Friday 29th November, interment thereafter at Upperby Cemetery.
