TWO new shows will be coming to a Carlisle venue.
80s Live! and Like a Bat Out of Hell: Anything for Love will be coming to The Sands Centre in October and November next year.
The 80s Live! event will take place on Saturday, November 22, 2025, with tickets available online and by calling The Sands Centre.
A spokesperson said: "80s Live! will make you feel shiny and new as you travel back in time to one of the most iconic eras of music for the night out you have been dreaming of – put your hands together and get into the groove as our live band Electric Dreams perform over two dozen chart-topping anthems from Wham!, The Weather Girls, Culture Club, Rick Astley, Madonna, Duran Duran, Soft Cell, The Human League, A-Ha, Tears for Fears, and more."
The 'highly acclaimed' show producer and No.1 recording artist Steve Steinman will be bringing a new production featuring 25 of Meat Loaf and Jim Steinman's greatest hits.
A spokesperson said: "The show includes Steve’s very own No.1 single “Everything They Said Was True” written by John Parr and Meat Loaf.
"For over 30 years Steve has toured the world with his productions Anything For Love and Vampires Rock and is now also touring his own original music.
"With an incredible stage set, ten-piece live band combined with Steve’s well-known sense of humour and stage presence, the show can only be described as awesome.

The show will take place on Saturday, October 18, 2025.
