HAVE you seen missing Lucas Peel from Penrith?
Lucas is 43 years old and has not been seen since yesterday morning, November 23, in Carlisle.
It is believed Lucas may be wearing the same clothing as in the attached picture.
Officers are concerned for Lucas’s welfare and are asking anyone with information on his whereabouts to get in touch.

If Lucas sees this appeal he is asked to contact officers on the same number.
