FLOOD warnings have been put in place on parts of the River Eden. 

The Environment Agency has issued flood warnings for Rickerby Park, Swifts, and Stoneyholme Golf Courses as well as Low Crosby and Warwick Holmes. 

The EA said: "River levels remain high due to snow melt and rain from Storm Bert. River levels are likely to remain high into Monday, November 25. Flooding of low-lying land and roads is possible.

Flooding is forecast to affect locations near the River Eden, with low lying land and roads expected to be most affected, particularly around farms and residential properties in the Warwick Holmes area.
