Roadworks are scheduled to end tomorrow on a road at the edge of the Lake District.
The C4022 Lamplugh is closed from today (November 25), from 8am and will reopen at 5pm.
This will be repeated tomorrow but roadworks are scheduled to have finished by the end of the day then.
It affected the road from a point approximately 470 metres northeast of its junction with the U4100 extending northeasterly for 180 metres.
An alternative route is available via the unrestricted sections of the C4022, Sky Gate and the A5086.
A way for pedestrians and dismounted cyclists will be maintained at all times.
