A tribute to the iconic grunge rock band Nirvana are set to return to Carlisle next year after a sold-out show in 2024.
The Nirvana Tribute band will take over The Brickyard on Saturday, May 3, having dazzled in the border city earlier this year.
Glowing reviews have previously described their performances as "absolutely amazing" (BBC Radio) and "like hearing Cobain's voice in person" (Loudwire), so this promises to be a night of nostalgia and powerful music.
The tribute has been voted the number one Nirvana tribute band by numerous publications including the honour of being named one of the world best tribute bands by Loudwire magazine.
They have also gained the praise and respect of original Nirvana members, with Aaron Burckhard stating that Jon O’Connor and Nirvana Tribute is the closest to the real thing!
Doors open at 7.30pm, and the event is open to ages 14 plus.
Tickets are £15 in advance and can be purchased through Fatsoma.
