A man from Penrith has been disqualified from driving and issued a £700 fine after being found guilty of driving over the limit for a controlled substance.
The man had been driving with more than four times the specified limit for ketamine after he was involved in a road traffic collision.
He was issued a £700 fine and disqualified from driving for 17 months.
Eden Police say they will continue to target drink and drug drivers.
