A session promoting creative wellbeing is set to take place in Carlisle next month.
The Creative Wellbeing Club is a collaborative project between Carlisle Eden Mind and Adult Learning from Cumberland and Furness Council.
The club aims to provide a supportive and inclusive space for you to explore your creativity, enhance your mental wellbeing, and develop valuable skills. All in a safe and non- judgemental space.
Carlisle Eden Mind said: "It's a chill space to let your imagination run wild and boost your wellbeing. Whether you're a seasoned artist or just starting out, everyone's welcome!"
The new wellbeing event is free and takes place at Carlisle Eden Mind's headquarters on Victoria Place, from 6pm until 8pm on Friday December 13.
