Churchill Living's Gold Award for 'Best Retirement Home Developer' has sparked celebrations among colleagues at Dutton Lodge in Penrith.

The company received the award at the WhatHouse? Awards 2024, which took place on November 15 at the Grosvenor House Hotel in London.

Actor James Nesbitt hosted the event, which was attended by more than 1,300 industry professionals.

Churchill earned the award for the second consecutive year.
