The historic Gilsland Spa is to back on the market
Gilsland Spa Hotel and Villa is back on the market after being sold at auction earlier this month.
The historic property will now be sold at auction on December 17 at 10am with a guide price of £720,000 and a minimum opening bid of £650,000.
It was previously sold for £800,000 on November 14 following a bidding war between three potential buyers that lasted just over an hour.

The starting bid was made at £600,000 and each bidder put down an extra £5,000 or £10,000 up to the final bid.
The 93-bedroom hotel sits on 10 acres of land with extensive gardens and woodland on the property.
