WE shared the news that Whytes Cafe Bar was named the News & Star's 'Best Bakery 2024'.
The cafe, which also produces its own freshly baked products, in Carlyle Court, has been named the best bakery in the region by News & Star readers.
Ten local bakeries were chosen by readers as finalists in the competition and were fiercely supported by fans across the two-week voting period.
However, after counting all the votes, Whytes emerged victorious.

Many other readers including June Reay, Wendy Johnson, Alice Murphy and Sian Dixon also congratulated the cafe.
