Following the violent scenes Dyer was pulled into the interrogation room for an emotional discussion with Ant Middleton in Sunday night’s episode.
Explaining the anger, Dyer said: "I was a victim of sexual abuse as a kid.
"I was 11 or 12 with a family member and this monster, well he was a f***ing p***k, turned me into a monster.
"The rest of my life, the amount of people I've hurt because of these personality traits.
"Like family, dad, mum, wife, you can go on and on.”
He continued: "And I always have the mindset of 'do you know what? Because I'm a victim, this is the way I am'.
"From today, when I come out of here, I am not a victim of sexual abuse.
"No more. Because every time I'm a victim, he wins. Every time I hurt my family, he wins."
The instructors were clearly moved as Dyer opened up about what he had been through as a child before he was forced to withdraw from the competition due to a rib injury.
Kieron Dyer first opened up about the abuse in 2018 after his ‘monster’ great uncle Kenny died.
Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins continues on Sunday nights from 9pm on Channel 4.
