Popular Strictly Come Dancing stars Helen Skelton and Dan Walker are to take part in a new series.
The Channel 5 programme will follow the pair as they explore Cumbria's Pennine Way.
The show will see Dan and Helen meet the people that live and work along the route to seek out some of the hidden gems the northwest of England has to offer.
The challenging physical adventure will see them pushed to their limits as they discover some of the most iconic towns and sights.

Each episode of Dan & Helen’s Pennine Adventure will see the two at different points in their journey as they take part in various fun activities.

Dan Walker said of the new Channel 5 show: “I am really looking forward to making this series with Helen. I can’t wait to get out there and explore the Pennines.
"It will be nice to escape the studio for a while and join a good friend to discover a beautiful slice of the UK and meet some amazing people along the way. They promised me there would be food to taste too!”
Helen Skelton added: “I’m really looking forward to and grateful for the opportunity to have some incredible adventures with my friend, Dan. And it’s on my doorstep!”
Dan & Helen’s Pennine Adventure to 'bring unique perspective' as Channel 5 show announced

Dan & Helen’s Pennine Adventure was commissioned by Channel 5 with broadcast details to be announced in due course.
