WE shared the news that the family of a boy who died tragically in a river paid tribute to his life and memory.
Jaden Doyle, 14, from Carlisle, passed away this month following a devastating incident in which a group of teenagers got into difficulty in the River Eden, Carlisle, on May 26.
The second child to die after the incident, after Lewis Michael Kirkpatrick, 15, Jaden passed away peacefully at Jigsaw, Cumbria’s children’s hospice.

After the tragic accident, Jaden was taken to Newcastle’s Royal Victoria Infirmary where his family stayed by his bedside constantly.
It was decided to move him to Jigsaw where he passed at around 2.30am on June 15.
