We shared the news that a nursery manager from Workington has picked up second place in an international bodybuilding competition.

Kiana Mccarron, 24, from Workington, went to Malaga, Spain, to compete in the PCA World Championships 2023 picking up second place in the Ladies Toned Figure section.

Kiana qualified for the competition at her first bodybuilding competition the PCA First Timers 2023 in Hull, Kiana won the Ladies Toned Figure Category and then went on to compete for the overall 'sword' and won that too, making her the overall ladies winner of the competition, in the week prior to travelling to Malaga.
