Teenage Carlisle United midfielder Jack Egan has joined Clitheroe on a one-month loan deal.
Egan, 19, spent time earlier this season on loan at Workington Reds and now will be looking to make another positive impression as he heads to the Lancashire outfit.
"Jack is at a point where he needs to be playing regular games, and he’s joining a team which is looking to gain a bit of momentum to hopefully nick a play-off place in their [Evo-Stik North] division," manager Keith Curle told United's website.
"They’ll look after him down there and he’ll be able to show what he can do in some important fixtures.
"We’ll keep an eye on him and monitor his progress, but we think this will be a move to benefit all parties."
