The White Horse Sea Angling Club's match last Sunday was fished for the Ray Bull Memorial Trophy.
Fishing was from Seascale slipway to Harrington Pier and the match was held in calm conditions up to high water.
Results: 1 R Bell, one thornback ray (heaviest fish 4lb 11½oz), three dogfish, 8lb 9½oz; 2 J Murray, one pollock, three dogfish, 7lb 6oz; 3 L Lynch, two plaice, three flounders, 6lb ½oz; 4 B Patrickson, three dogfish, 4lb 11½oz.
The next match this Sunday is also from Seascale slipway to Harrington Pier, fishing times 3-7pm with a one-hour walk-on time in place. The weigh-in will be held at North Shore car park.
This match is the start of the Knockout semi-finals. The draw is T Tew v T Pullin and A Hartley v J Murray.
