Carlisle United's group stage opponents have been revealed as they bid for more success in their reserve cup.
The Blues reached the final of the 2020/21 Central League Cup and earned a trip to St George's Park, where they lost to Bournemouth.
This season they will have to get past the second strings from Preston North End, Fleetwood Town and Morecambe in northern group B.
United's reserves are scheduled to host Fleetwood next Tuesday (September 14) before trips to Preston and Morecambe on Tuesday October 5 and Tuesday November 16 respectively, all at 2pm.
The Blues, though, say venues and kick-off times are subject to confirmation.
Carlisle made good progress through the competition last season, beating Huddersfield in the northern final to earn a place in the national final at the national football centre.
A young Blues XI, which included current squad members Morgan Feeney, Gime Toure, Josh Dixon, Keelan Leslie, Gabe Breeze and Sam Fishburn, went down to a 2-0 defeat to Bournemouth in April.
It is again the main source of competitive reserve football for the Cumbrians in 2021/22, with United otherwise arranging second-string friendlies to give their fringe players some action.
Blues chiefs explained at a recent fans' forum why they did not want to rejoin a reserve league - full story here.
