Helen Housby and England claimed a 2-1 series win over Jamaica despite defeat in their final game.
Sunday saw the Vitality Roses go down 63-53 to the Sunshine Girls.
But England were already 2-0 up in the three-game series after victories last weekend and on Saturday.
Cumbrian star Housby came on in the second quarter of the third game, impressing in a partnership with George Fisher, having also come on as a replacement in the second game's emaphtic 66-47 victory.
It saw England continue preparations for the defence of their Commonwealth Games title in Birmingham next summer.
It was a first series win for the hosts against Jamaica since 2013.
Coach Jess Thirlby told Sky Sports after Sunday's game: "I don't think that we asserted ourselves defensively early in the game.
"At the same time, we were a little bit hesitant in that attacking end. If you give Jamaica a bit of confidence, then they are always a hard team to beat. We then struggled to get a foothold back into the game.
"Whilst it was frustrating, there were huge learnings and that's not a bad place to be at this point."
The series saw NSW Swifts star Housby, from Drumleaning near Wigton, return to international action.
England will be back in action in January in the Netball Quad Series against world champions New Zealand, Australia and South Africa.
