Former Carlisle United defender Mark Ellis is on the move.
The defender has been loaned out by Barrow AFC.
The experienced centre-half has joined National League club Solihull Moors until the end of the season.
Ellis has been out of favour at Holker Street recently and now drops a division in a bid for first-team football.
The defender has made 22 appearances this season after joining in the summer.
He was made captain by manager Mark Cooper but has been left out of the side in recent weeks.
Ellis, 33, was not in the Bluebirds' squad on Saturday and, while Barrow take on Salford City in League Two tonight, he could make his debut for Neal Ardley's ninth-placed side against his former club Torquay in non-league's top tier.
The defender was with Carlisle from 2015-18 and made 74 appearances under Keith Curle.
He had loan spells with Leyton Orient and Forest Green during his time with United, helping the latter to National League promotion under Cooper.
He went on to sign for Tranmere and, after a loan stint with Notts County under Ardley last season, joined Barrow in the summer.
Solihull's set-up includes former Carlisle boss Greg Abbott, who has a consultancy role at the club.
