Leeds confirmed Galloway has joined the non-league outfit until the end of the season.
He has been with the Elland Road club since 2019, making the move from Carlisle in the same summer as Liam McCarron after impressing for the Blues' youth team.
While McCarron has been around Marcelo Bielsa's first team this season, Galloway has been further from the picture and earlier this campaign went on trial with Barrow.
FC United said Galloway's "pedigree shone" in his first display for the club.
