Carlisle's Chris Harris will bid to help Scotland continue their winning start in the Guinness Six Nations today.

The Cumbrian keeps his place in the XV for the Scots’ clash with Wales at he Principality Stadium.

Gloucester centre Harris, a former Carlisle Rugby Club star, helped Gregor Townsend’s side to a narrow victory over England last weekend to claim the Calcutta Cup.

The 31-year-old continues in a side which has been subject to five changes by head coach Townsend.

Among them, Glasgow Warriors’ Sione Tuipulotu has been drafted in to make his third Scotland appearance at inside centre alongside Harris.

Townsend said: "We only play five games in this Championship so you have to make sure you take your opportunities.

"Last week has set us up for an even bigger game now in terms of where we could finish in the championship.

"When you play Wales, the reigning champions on the back of a defeat, back in front of their supporters in one of the best stadiums in the world, that's a challenge we relish.

"But we're going to have to deliver a better performance to get the victory."

Kick-off is 2.15pm with the game live on BBC One.
