Carlisle United's Taylor Charters played his part in yet another win for National League North leaders Gateshead last night.
The young Cumbrian midfielder got another start as Mike Williamson's side thrashed Curzon Ashton 4-0.
Charters, 20, played the full game as the high-fliers prevailed thanks to a hat-trick from ex-Blues striker Cedwyn Scott and a Macaulay Langstaff goal.
It was an eighth win in nine for Gateshead, who have west Cumbrian Charters on loan for the rest of the campaign as they seek a return to non-league's top tier.
They are unbeaten in nine games and three points clear at the top of the table.
There was frustration, meanwhile, for Carlisle's other two loan players.
In the National League, Tristan Abrahams was limited to an 89th-minute sub outing for Grimsby Town against Solihull Moors.
The Mariners went down to a 2-1 home defeat against a visiting side whose bench included former United defender Mark Ellis.
It was an 11th Grimsby appearance for Abrahams, who has scored once for the club so far.
Another United loan striker, Manasse Mampala, did not get on for Weymouth in their latest National League game.
He was an unused sub as the Terras lost 2-0 at Woking.
Mampala has failed to get off the bench in Weymouth's last three games, and has five appearances to his name so far without scoring.
