One-game former Carlisle United man Arthur Gnahoua is set to face the Blues in pre-season.
It comes after the forward signed a new one-year deal with League One club Morecambe.
It will take Gnahoua, 30, into a second campaign at the Mazuma Stadium having joined the Shrimps from Bolton last summer.
He made 40 appearances and scored five goals as the Lancashire outfit held onto their third-tier status.
After being handed new terms by manager Derek Adams, Gnahoua could feature in Carlisle's last pre-season friendly at Morecambe next month.
The Cumbrians take on Adams' side - who also include ex-Blues striker Cole Stockton - on Saturday, July 23.
That comes a week before the big League Two kick-off when Paul Simpson's side get their season under way at home to Crawley Town.
Gnahoua was on United's books in the 2018/19 season but only made one appearance that season, at Port Vale, as injury curtailed his hopes of a longer stay.
