Carlisle United fans were in very happy mood after the 3-1 win over Hartlepool United.
Here's a selection of their views on the game which they gave to us on Twitter.
Great result. If this is a team under construction goodness knows what it will be like when complete. If Simmo stays and completes his plan this could be a golden period for United and every Carlisle supporter. (@BruceVander)
Immense second half Marzi had right back on toast, midfield unreal, Moxon and Guy bossing it, Huntington fantastic again and what a tackle...just what away days should be like, long may this continue (@matty017)
Unbeaten in eight - best run in the division. Averaging two points a game in that spell. A Carlisle lad running the midfield, Omari getting his goals. A perfect Saturday! (@leerooney)
Stronger bench and it proved a big game changer, a number of good performances, always nice to win here (@keithelliott94)
Poor teams need to be put to bed and we didn't just put Hartlepool to bed, we tucked them up and read them a story. And that story is "All Aboard Paul Simpson's Promotion Juggernaut".#cufc pic.twitter.com/mLgxA6H65r

Best half of football this season in the second half, played them off the park. Thoroughly deserved win (@Glass942)
Owen Moxon needs a new deal, Simmo needs a new deal and the Blues are going up (@owen59044133)
We still need to work on those set pieces against us, but as a whole this performance was up there with best since Simmo returned. Mox showing his worth to the team and Patrick finally getting in on the goals..bring on Donny (@Lee_Wilson_CUFC)
Taking chances in the second half, three goals in any one half is brilliant. Let's keep this going and onto Doncaster at home next weekend (@Playbytherulz)
Just got back from best away win for ages!! Thought had held up well against a very physical Pools side for first half and goal was against run of play. Second half excellent and win always looked on cards as soon as Moxon scored. Moxon immense!! (@McCarlisle1)
Hartlepool didn't earn the right to play, the application and desire wasn't there (@dougrmurphy)
Great team performance. Completely controlled the game. Well done lads. (@RonnieSmith1964)
Unreal second half - Moxon is Jude Bellingham's idol, let's be honest (@cufc_10)
Poor first half, second half it went up a level or two. Moxon unbelievable, Patrick finally getting his goal, second half couldn’t have got any better, up the Blues (@Matthewgaskell9)
At last! Delivering on the promise. Strong defence plus three goals scored should be our standard now. (@NotInSeddon)
Over the moon for Omari to get off the mark, just hope his injury isn’t too serious (@JessMawdsley)
Looked so solid. Even at 1-0 down we looked comfortable. Moved up a gear second half and blew them away. Huntington and Moxon a class apart, but whole team looked quality! (@NeilConnor)
Great first half, on top, plenty creativity, just lacking the finish and going in 1-0 was a shocking defensive error IMO...second half started well, continued in same vain, step up Moxon with a great goal to set up the Marzi show with goals only he scores. 1-3, in total control throughout 90 mins (@IanWsanderson)
Slack at the back when they scored, totally different second half thanks to Simmo. Just hope Fin Back is ok. Moxy scoring in front of United end - brill. Now two tough home games. In Simmo we trust (@ericgreen866)
Just revved up to life in the fast lane. Players unleashing every kind of super stuff to thwart the wily old fox that is KC, and his players who got kicked into the long grass. Everybody happy? Y'bet y'life we are. (@LindaNi121202)
Not going mental while undercover in the home end when the second and third went in was one of the hardest things I’ve ever done! Moxon, Huntington, Whelan, Patrick, Armer all outstanding (@PeteMcCormick6)
Points won/lost after conceding/scoring first - 2020/21 6/19; 2021/22 8/6; 2022/23 (12 games) 7/0. Resilience, professionalism and one of the best four managers the club has ever had. And it's had a few…(@ostrichtowers)
Shout out to Jordan Gibson who consistently switches position and shows his versatility. Not firing on all cylinders but puts in a shift and gets the assist for the killer goal (@GibsonAndy_1 - Jordan's dad)
