TWO Carlisle lads entered the octagon and walked out victorious at the British Fighting Championships in Middlesbrough.
Toby Heaney and Charlie Walker, who train at Tapout Knockout Carlisle, blew audiences away when they entered the cage clinching themselves two wins on October 15 in a mixed-martial arts competition.
Toby sailed through with a first round knock-out and Charlie walked away with an impressive unanimous judges decision.

As much as it was an away outing, the local lads certainly had the backing of Carlisle with two coach loads of fans following them to the fight.
Coach Michael Tedham, of Tapout Knockout Carlisle and who encouraged the boys on from the corner, said: "The place was absolutely bouncing with the wins. There was about 80 people from Carlisle who came over to support them, they just lit the room up with their cheers and chants.

"You could see the difference between a fighter that's been trained to fight and someone who thinks they can fight, and that was the case Toby's fight.
"And Charlie's fight, he came out absolutely dominated each round of the fight," he said.
Toby has been training with the club for 4 years and Charlie for around one year, with the help of Michael's two sons who are also fighters, Connor and Bradley Tedham.
"They work as a team, mix with everyone and when it comes to new starters the take the time with them. I couldn't have better lads in the gym to be honest.
"Everyone outside of the club is well-behaved and well-mannered, and that includes both our male and female fighters," coach Michael said.
Tapout Knockout will be heading international in November with fighters William Brand and Fraser Hirsch heading to Germany on November 5 alongside coaches Michael and Patrick Carr - with Charlie Walker also getting back in action on November 19.
