Carlisle United's supporters' trust have announced the resignation of their chairman.
Frank Beattie has stepped down from the position and also left the board of CUOSC.
The trust say the long-standing board member has made the decision for personal reasons.
The news was confirmed in CUOSC's latest weekly briefing for members.
It was included as part of a summary of the trust's latest board meeting.
"Frank Beattie had stepped down as chair and resigned from the board for personal reasons," it said.
"The group will consider a long-term replacement in due course."
Recently-elected board member Matt Spooner, who was part of the Unita Fortior group which saw several fans join the CUOSC board in July, has taken over as interim chair, the trust added.

"The board put on record their thanks to Frank for his huge contribution over the years."
Beattie had been appointed CUOSC's chair in December 2019 following the resignation of John Kukuc, and has for a number of years been one of the trust board's most familiar faces.
New interim chair Spooner said: "Frank has been a big part of CUOSC for many years. He's stepping down for personal reasons which we completely understand and respect.
"Thank you, Frank, for all of your efforts."
CUOSC's board meeting summary, meanwhile, said United would be providing a redacted set of minutes from the club's board meetings.
That related to the 1921 operational board on which CUOSC's Nigel Davidson sits as a fan director.
The trust, meanwhile, suggested that further changes were set to be up for discussion.
"The next members' meeting will be organised soon and the date announced," the minutes said. "The aim is to hold it before Christmas.
"The future structure of CUOSC is likely to be the main item on the agenda."
