Carlisle United's departing physio Ross Goodwin is returning to former club Kilmarnock.
It has been confirmed that Goodwin is joining the Scottish Premiership club.
It follows his decision to leave Brunton Park after a year and a half.
He had previously worked with Killie, as well as Queen of the South and Annan Athletic.
Carlisle this week announced Chris Brunskill as Goodwin's replacement.
Manager Paul Simpson, speaking when Goodwin's departure was announced, said the Scot had received an offer which United had been unable to compete with.
“We did what we could to keep him but the offer he’s received from north of the border is too good for him to turn down," Simpson said.
Goodwin, posting on Twitter, said on Saturday: "All the best to everyone @officialcufc - been a great few seasons - top group of boys that will hopefully kick on for promotion.
"Third time lucky with @KilmarnockFC 🙏🏼. Looking forward to getting back up to the road again."
