In only four words, Fin Back has given Carlisle United fans the news they wanted to hear.
"One week to go," the Nottingham Forest loan star tweeted.
It means the 20-year-old, out since November with a hamstring injury, is on the brink of rejoining the Blues' promotion push.
Back's return will come as a huge boost to Paul Simpson and his squad for the run-in.
The Premier League prospect had proved an impressive member of the United side in his 18 appearances during the first half of the season.

His progress was interrupted with the injury he suffered in the 4-1 win at Salford City on November 19.
But having undergone surgery in Finland, and rehabilitation back at his parent club, Back's return to fitness is almost complete.
Should he return to Carlisle next week as planned it will put Back in the frame to be involved in some of United's final eight games of the season.
He will provide quality competition at right wing-back, where Joel Senior is currently in the side.
Jack Ellis is also close to a return in the same position.
