Former Carlisle United striker Jamie Proctor is back in Cumbria - with Barrow.
The frontman has joined the Bluebirds after leaving League One club Port Vale.
The 31-year-old has signed an initial one-year deal at Holker Street with the option of a further year.
It follows a two-year spell with the Valiants, who released the frontman at the end of the 2022/23 season.
The arrival of experienced Proctor comes after Barrow confirmed top scorer Josh Gordon would be leaving in order to join third-tier club Burton Albion.
Proctor was on loan with Carlisle from Bolton Wanderers and scored four goals in 19 appearances.
His most memorable strike was the header against Exeter City that dramatically earned a play-off place for Keith Curle's Cumbrians in 2017.
