The date has been confirmed for Carlisle United's Carabao Cup clash with Harrogate Town.
The first-round trip to the EnviroVent Stadium will be the first of two cup meetings with the Sulphurites in the 2023/24 season.
And the League Cup encounter in Yorkshire will be played in the first week of the new season.
Paul Simpson's side and Simon Weaver's men will go head to head on Tuesday, August 8, with a 7.45pm kick-off.
Ticket details have yet to be confirmed.
Carlisle will also take on Harrogate in their EFL Trophy group and will be out to end a winless streak against Weaver's side.
Harrogate have won five of their seven meetings in league and cup to date, with the other two games being draws.
The EFL Trophy dates are yet to be confirmed.
