Cumbrian Jamie Blamire has a big chance to stake his claim for Rugby World Cup selection after being named in England's starting XV to face Wales.
Head coach Steve Borthwick has included the Seaton hooker in his line-up for the Summer Nations Series game on Saturday.
It comes ahead of Borthwick's final 33-man World Cup squad which will be named next Monday.
Newcastle Falcons star Blamire has so far been retained in the England training squads as part of the build-up to the tournament in France.
He now prepares to win his seventh cap in Cardiff.
Carlisle-born Borthwick is looking forward to the first of the Summer Series games as preparations for the World Cup start in earnest.

“England versus Wales in Cardiff is always an exciting and keenly contested fixture,” said Borthwick.
“I am sure this Saturday will be no different as a tremendous first Test match of the Summer Nations Series.
“We have been impressed with how the whole squad has applied itself both on and off the field over this training camp.
"We are now looking forward to returning to Test match rugby as we continue our preparations for the Rugby World Cup in France.”
Saturday’s game, which kicks off at 5.30pm, is live on Amazon Prime Video.
