CUOSC members will have the chance to question the club’s potential new investors around the middle of September.
We are planning to organise a number of meetings – both online and in person – which they plan to attend. The dates, locations and times have still to be finalised.
We know they are very keen to meet and speak to fans.
Having been in discussions with them over the last few months CUOSC believe we could be on the brink of an exciting new era.
But we also know, from past experience, that plans can go wrong.
That’s why, as talks continue, we cannot say any more at the moment.
Since news of the potential investment broke last week we have seen an upsurge in our membership taking our numbers up to almost 850.
It is a great time to join CUOSC. You will be kept informed of developments and you will have a say if anything goes to a vote.
With a stake-holding in the club and two representatives on the main boards we aim to be the voice of the fans.
It costs just £10 for an adult for one year and £5 for seniors and under-18s – and you can sign up via our website at www.cuosc.org.uk
Members get discount in the club shop and have a priority level for in-demand ticket games.
And next month there is an added bonus with two of our members getting the chance to visit Brunton Park for a photoshoot day with Ryan Edmondson.
CUOSC sponsor the striker and as a result we have two places available at the sponsors’ photoshoot day on Tuesday, September 12.
We will put all the members on our database into a randomised draw with two lucky winners invited to attend. The draw will take place towards the end of this month.

The Blues are still looking for their first win of the season but it is not for the lack of effort.
They are certain to be backed in big numbers again when they travel to Port Vale on Saturday.
Boss Paul Simpson has boosted his squad by bringing in Fulham youngster Terry Ablade on loan this week and also this week revealed the club have made an offer to buy another striker. That is not something we do too often…so let’s all keep the faith!
